Protection of Personal Data
ZENDAL takes care to ensure the correct use and processing of the user’s personal data, complying with current regulations:
– Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons regarding the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – hereinafter GDPR).
– Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights.
Legitimation or legal basis: The legitimacy of the processing of personal data that you provide through this website or the forms that are provided from it may be based on the different causes listed in Article 6 of the GDPR. In general, personal data processing activities are carried out in order to comply with legal obligations, for the performance of missions carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of public powers vested in ZENDAL, or because you have given your consent by means of a clear affirmative action.
Purpose and storage: The processing of personal data shall be limited to the minimum necessary for the performance of the purposes for which they were requested. The personal data provided will be kept for the time necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they were collected and to determine the possible responsibilities that may arise from that purpose and the processing of the data. The provisions of the Spanish archives and documentary heritage regulations shall apply. It is the responsibility of the interested party to update their own data; ZENDAL shall not be liable for any inaccuracy if any changes that may have occurred are not communicated.
